SFF Certificate Program: DMM Integrative Treatment Planning
- Patricia M. Crittenden, Ph.D., & Andrea Landini, M.D.
Overview
Tengslamat, in partnership with the Family Relations Institute, is pleased to announce the 2024 SFF Certificate Program.
The Program will deepen participants’ understanding of Attachment, Neurodevelopment & Psychopathology course content through case presentations, lecture-discussions, and development of individual family intervention plans. The intervention plans are based on case Screening Family Formulations (SFF) that apply 10 screening tools/topics to specific families to generate a broad and balanced description of each family’s functioning and needs.
Participation in the ANP SFF Certificate Program is limited to 10 professionals and is held in person, online, or in a combined format. The 10 successful candidates will be personally mentored by Patricia Crittenden, PhD and Andrea Landini, MD, as they develop their customized SFF and family intervention plan. DMM intervention plans generate novel solutions to chronic family problems or identify the need for more complete diagnostic assessment. In addition, course members will hear SFF presentations by previous course members, thus, expanding their range of understanding.
The SFF Certificate will attest to the professional’s learning of the course material, both conceptually and as applied to families. Certificate holders will bring DMM screening expertise to their local communities. They will also meet the prerequisites for advanced DMM diagnostic
training, offered through the Family Relations Institute.
